Have you got your tickets booked for the Tanks Trucks & Firepower Show this Bank Holiday weekend? Once again what is possibly the loudest and most exciting show around will be taking place in Dunchurch, Warwickshire from Saturday 29 to Monday 31 August 2026.

Organised by Andrew Baker and his team with support from the  Alvis Fighting Vehicle Society here’s your opportunity to get up close and personal with around 450 awesome tanks and military vehicles, all of which have seen action in conflicts around the world, and now in private ownership.

Amongst the vehicles will be main battle tanks such as the Warrior, Chieftain and Challenger I, WW2 Soviet tanks, American M60 tanks. The whole family of working CVR(T)s will be there, featuring the Scorpion, Scorpion 90, Scimitar, Scimitar II, Spartan, Sabre, Samson, Samaritan, Striker and Sultan. There will be Ferret Scout cars, battlefield ambulances, Land Rovers, Jeeps, field guns, motorcycles and more.

This year sees a WW2 aircraft display – plus a parachute display on the Saturday. Find out what it’s like riding in a tank with a paid tank ride in a British CVR(T). Not to be missed is the driving display featuring Andrew Baker and Mick Browning taking their CVR(T) tanks up to top speed around the huge arena amid a stunning display of pyrotechnics.

Experts will be demonstrating a range of firearms from handheld pistols to machine guns and deafening explosions from the turrets of the big guns; while afternoons will see a powerful tank battle stretching across the Warwickshire countryside.

More than a hundred reenactors will be setting up camp to give visitors an idea of life in the trenches, and mock battles will be staged between British and German forces.

Kids can enjoy their own mock battles and practice their skills in an area reserved for them, as well as airsoft ranges and fairground rides. There promises to be plenty of retail stands so a chance to do some shopping for all things military. And a beer tent and food stalls galore!

Specially for Bank Holiday Monday will be the Classic Car Show with some of the countries greatest car clubs coming along and other exciting vehicles for you to admire.

There’s so much planned you can opt for one day, two days or three-day tickets. Or if there are still camping places available make a long weekend of it. Facilities include authentic army shower blocks and chill-out areas for relaxing.
