Who will be at the MCM Comic Con?

This weekend it’s the MCM Comic Con show at Birmingham NEC and once again it promises to be packed full of all manner of entertainment. With guests from the world of film, television, gaming, comics, anime. Amongst the line-up will be four Dr Who’s: Peter Davison, Paul McGann, Sylvester McCoy and Colin Baker. Other famous names include Doug Naylor, writer, director and co-creator of Red Dwarf (Friday/Saturday); actor James McAvoy of X-Men fame (Saturday/Sunday) and many more.

From the world of gaming, there will be amongst others Charles Martinet (Super Mario, Nintendo); Damian Haas (Fire Emblem, Smash); Devora Wilde (Pandora, Hollyoaks) and so many more. Visit the MCM Comic Con website to scroll through all the guests.

There’s always a great atmosphere at Comic Con especially with so many hundreds of merchandise stand and of course Cosplay visitors dressed up as their favourite TV, film, video game and comic book hero – or villain. At the end of each day there’s always a Cosplay parade that’s always quite a spectacle.

Lots for visitors to enjoy in the different sections of the halls. Such as Pop Asia, Gaming, Forest Glade, Artists’ Alley, Writers’ Block, The Tree House and of course talks and panels. So grab your tickets, and head to the MCM Comic Con this weekend 28 – 30 November at the Birmingham NEC. Don’t forget to book your car parking in advance at the NEC to save money.
