Go on, treat the kids! Actually, treat yourself as well! Channel that inner child and enjoy a night at the movies with Porky Pig and Daffy Duck! Trust me, you’ll love it!
If you enjoyed those crazy characters when you were younger, you’re going to love this brand new 90-minute Warner Brothers Animation movie starring those loveable looney characters, Porky Pig and Daffy Duck, who make their return to the big screen in a brand-new sci-fi comedy adventure.
Looney Tunes: The Day the Earth Blew Up, stars Porky Pig and Daffy Duck as unlikely heroes and Earth’s only hope as the world faces the threat of alien invasion.

In this movie, not only do Porky Pig and Daffy Duck risk their lives to save the world but teaming up to make a trailblazing trio is the piggy of Porky’s dreams – super scientist and bubble gum flavourist, Petunia Pig.
There’s an atmospheric start to the film, with a dual story-line running side by side of a scientist spotting through his telescope something heading towards planet earth. We then switch to the arrival of Porky Pig and Daffy Duck as mere piglet and duckling, and their wonderful Uncle Jim who raises them, giving them the happiest childhood – cute, funny and a bit of a tear-jerker as Uncle Jim is raised up into his heavenly home in the sky.

Porky Pig and Daffy Duck are now fending for themselves, and it’s not long before the two story-lines collide and their house is hit by an UFO leaving a massive hole in the roof. The town’s bad tempered councillor plans on condemning their home – which is now an eyesore, so the pair know they’ll have to get jobs and earn enough money to get their roof repaired or be homeless!
Needless to say, this looney duo cause mayhem wherever they go and are fired from every job they apply for. Then one evening Petunia Pig walks into a diner and steals Porky’s heart. She’s a scientist working at the Goodie Gum factory and searching for an ‘out of this world’ new flavour. Like Porky, she has a nervous stutter and it’s a match made in heaven! She also gets them jobs in the factory.

But things never go smoothly for this pair and Daffy discovers a dastardly plot of an alien invasion going on right in the bubble gum factory where the evil leader intends taking over the world… or does he?
There are so many twists and turns in the plot, you’ll be on the edge of your seat as these three characters try to save the world. There’s atmosphere, suspense, bags of excitement, scary zombie invasions, emotional bits that will have you reaching for your tissues, an awful lot of bubble gum goo… oh yes, and it’s also very, very funny!
