Tickets are now on sale for the world’s greatest dog show, Crufts, brought to us by The Royal Kennel Club, and taking place at the Birmingham NEC from Thursday 5 March to Sunday 8 March 2026.
You may have noticed the ‘Royal’ prefix to the Kennel Club’s name. This is because King Charles recognised The Kennel Club’s 150 years of dedicated service to dogs back in April 2023. In November 2025 The Royal Kennel Club officially launched with the UK’s largest ever Dog Census, inviting every dog owner to shape the future of canine health and wellbeing.
Crufts evolved into a year-round community for dog lovers and owners, welcoming dogs of all breeds and backgrounds from pedigree to rescue dogs, Last year King Charles and Camilla rehomed a crossbreed puppy from Battersea where Camilla is a patron.

This year’s Crufts promises to be another fantastic show with over 18,000 dogs competing for the Crufts Best In Show Title. Day 1, Thursday 5 March will be Working and Pastoral groups; Friday 6 March will be Terrier and Hound; Saturday 7 March will be Utility and Toy; and Sunday 8 March is Gundog – and the finale of the show with the judging of Best in Show.
However, there is so much more to Crufts than the search to find Best in Show. There will be over 500 trade stands featuring exclusive show offers, new products – everything you and your dog might need, from grooming tools, treat, toys, outdoor clothing for when walking your dog and lots more.
Throughout the four days, Discover Dogs will bring over 200 different breeds for you to meet and learn about. This really is the perfect opportunity to discover the perfect dog for you and your lifestyle. You can also learn more about vulnerable breeds – those breeds which are in danger of dying out because they are no longer so popular.

There’s also lots of fun activities going on with competitions such as agility and Flyball; displays of Heelwork to Music, obedience, Good Citizen events, and for the first time this year you’ll be able to watch the launch of the RKC Grooming Championships.
There’s the Scruffts Final on the Saturday, and entertainment from leading West End performer Graham Bickley and his Golden Retriever Louie before the final crowning of Best in Show on The Sunday.
