The Abbey Masqueraders’ junior members are looking forward to bringing this Michael Morpurgo book to life and telling the incredible story of children being smuggled across the border to safety during world war 2.

Simon Reade’s stage adaptation of Michael Morpurgo’s war story celebrates the triumph of a spirited French community who stubbornly resist their invading aggressor by smuggling refugee Jewish children across the border into Spain.
