Comedy at Warwick Arts Centre

Warwick Arts Centre has a fabulous line up of top comedians all set to entertain us over the next couple of months. Take a look at what’s in store:

Reverend Richard Coles, Borderline National Trinket, on Wednesday 22 November 2023.

Reverend Richard Coles is the only British vicar to have had a number-one hit single and to have appeared as a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. A claim which seems unlikely to be matched any time soon. He is also a Sunday Times bestselling author, Twitter phenomenon and enormously loved broadcaster. Sex, drugs, pop stardom, religious epiphany; love, a dream job, and the madness of grief. Some or all of this may come out as Richard lifts the lid on a life truly and truthfully lived.

An intimate evening with a unique national treasure embarking on a first full national tour because he's done pretty much everything else a person can do!

Rosie Jones. Triple Threat. Friday 24 November 2023.

Rosie Jones is on the road for a UK tour and, boy, she is excited!

Join Rosie as she ponders whether she is a national treasure, a little prick, or somewhere in between! This show is guaranteed to be full of unapologetic cheekiness, nonsensical fun and unadulterated joy from the triple threat herself. Best known for her hit travel series' Trip Hazard and Mission: Accessible, and for numerous appearances on shows such as The Last Leg, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Cats Does Countdown, Hypothetical, Mock the Week, The Ranganation and Joe Lycett's Got Your Back to name just a few!

BSL and/or captioning available upon request. Please contact W.A.C. for more information.

Russell Howard: Live. Saturday and Sunday 11 and 12 November 2023, Butterworth Hall.

Russell Howard, “one of the world’s top comedians” (Sunday Times) is back for a brand-new live tour of the UK in 2023. As we reel from one global crisis to the next, join Russell, ‘the uplifting Comedy King’, as he puts the world to rights in his own uniquely hilarious way.

Tom Allen: Completely. Photo courtesy of Warwick Arts Centre.

Tom Allen: Completely. Friday and Saturday 6 and 7 October 2023 and Thursday 2 May 2024, Butterworth Hall.

Tom Allen has finally moved out of his parents' house, which has been great news for him, better news for department stores and even better news for his latest stand-up tour. He's eager to share his life updates, get your opinions on his vegetable patch and delve into the protocol of inviting friends with children for dinner. The household name with his signature acerbic wit and riotous storytelling, Tom is the host of The Apprentice: You’re Fired and co-hosts Cooking With The Stars, Like Minded Friends and he is also a regular on Bake Off: An Extra Slice and There’s Something About Movies.

Tom's last tour sold over fifty-thousand tickets including his sell out show at The London Palladium where he recorded his special!
