Prepare for a rollercoaster of emotions with Colder Than Here, a heartwarming play that tackles a difficult subject with humour, tenderness, and relatable family dynamics.

Meet the Bradley family: Myra, diagnosed with a terminal illness, chooses to face her situation head-on, with laughter and love guiding the way. This is no ordinary story of despair; it's a celebration of life, family, and finding joy even in the darkest times.

Myra is planning a big event. She’s choosing an outfit, selecting a venue and getting quite excited about the music choices. But Myra will only be there in spirit.  As their story unfolds we follow the relationships between Myra, her husband Alec and their grown-up daughters, Harriet and Jenna.   Tender, funny and moving – each character navigates denial, fear and resistance for Myra’s path. Yet they discover hope, humour and acceptance, uncovering that strength can allow us to find joy and light from the darkest place.
