Belgrade B2 preview: The Comedy of Errors

The Comedy of Errors, Belgrade B2, June 14-17

There's bound to be much chaotic fun in store when Oddsocks present their take on this early Shakespeare comedy.

In this tale of slapstick and mistaken identity, a servant and master from far off Syracuse arrive in Ephesus in search of their long-lost twin brothers. In no time at all they are trapped in a terrifying chain of chaotic events.

Tormented by a wild wife, a moody mistress, challenged by a crazy jeweller and damned by a demonic doctor, the terrified pair run headlong into a climactic, if unlikely, happy ending.

Directed by Andy Barrow and produced by Elli Mackenzie, the show was described by one reviewer as "outrageously funny, a joy".

Note the age recommendation is over-sevens.
