Puss In Boots, Belgrade Theatre, Coventry, 27 November to 11 January.
Pantomime maestro Iain Lauchlan celebrates 25 years of presenting seasonal shows at the Belgrade Theatre by making Puss In Boots the attraction this Christmas, for the first time since 1991.
Lauchlan, who writes and directs the show, stars as Dame Matilda Pudding and is joined by Joanna Thorne as Puss, returning to the Belgrade after starring as the handsome prince in last year's pantomime Sleeping Beauty.
Lauchlan's long-term comic partner Craig Hollingsworth makes his eighth appearance in a Belgrade pantomime as Matilda's son Simon and the supporting players include a Junior Chorus made up of local youngsters, aged 9 to 16.
Featuring lavish sets, colourful costumes and all the usual seasonal silliness, Puss In Boots promises to deliver another great family celebration in the style that has made the Belgrade panto consistently one of the country's most popular.
