Dracula: The Bloody Truth, Royal Spa Centre, Leamington, Nov 2 only.
Ridiculous has never been a label easily attached to Bram Stoker's terrifying creation, but perhaps that's about to change at the hands of Exeter-based physical comedy theatre company Le Navet Bete.
Based on the letters and research of vampire hunter Professor Abraham Van Helsing, this blood-curdling tale takes audiences on a journey across Europe, from sinister Transylvania to the homely seaside town of Whitby, and then on into the world of the supernatural.
Le Navet Bete are noted for their creative and engaging story-telling, sprinkled with hefty doses of laughs and huge physicality, and their latest touring production looks as though it's got all of that. Not sure if it has any owls in it, but it promises to be a hoot anyway.
