Letitia leads the line-up for Leam Blues night
Coventry’s own Letitia George, who wows audiences with her huge voice, emotional expression and great personality, stars in an evening showcasing local musicians and singers.
Currently she is touring her show 'Soul Diva: A Tribute to Aretha Franklin'.
In The Moment encourages up-and-coming talent, and are very proud to feature in the show the exciting young guitarist George "Big Ginge" Smith, 'straight out of Evesham'.
Mark Steeds (of Pzazz, The Hangover Blues Band (Boperator and King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys fame) hits the piano keyboard and sharing the vocals, and MC for the evening, is Chicago-born Steve Steinhaus.
Steve is well known from bands such as The Dr. Teeth Big Band, Papa Steiny and The Adverse Camber and brings an authentic American directness to proceedings, as well as an unpredictable edge-of-anarchy energy.
Tying it all together are Leamington's s Blues trio SugarDaddies, with Adrian Litvinoff on double and electric basses, Steve Roberts on guitar, and harmonica, and Rich Westwood drums with guest Dave Roberts on sax.
