Bedworth tops the bill for variety
Summer may have been a washout but the autumn season looks packed with colour, song and laughter at the Civic Hall in Bedworth.
Among the top names guaranteed to brighten your day are comic legends Ed Byrne and Jim Davidson, opera superstar Russell Watson, the return of vocal group The Overtones (pictured above), along with Nuneaton born award-winning singer Matt Ford and Irish vocal sensation Nathan Carter.
Add to the mixture a Folk Festival, the Vienna Ballet, a Remembrance concert, wrestling and darts and you really have a programme that justifies its claim "something for everyone."
And when the winter sets in there will be a warm welcome at the in-house produced family Christmas Pantomime Mother Goose which runs from December 2-29.
October sees the debut here of Slam Wrestling Live with the eagerly anticipated return of All Star Superslam Wrestling in February.
A weekend of folk music featuring performers from all over the country will be one of the highlights, with Bedworth Folk Festival taking place in November. Darts is back at the venue with the WGH Carpentry and Joinery Bedworth Darts Masters in January,
Mr Norton added: “Other artistes joining us include The Vienna Festival Ballet and Bedworth Brass, as well as mediums Craig Morris and Mick Blacker. This really will be a memorable season with something for everyone.’’
